With just two days to go before Election Day, all eyes are on the seven battleground states that are likely to determine the election. A team of CBS News correspondents join "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" from some of the battleground states: Caitlin Huey-Burns reports from North Carolina, Nikole Killion in Georgia, Kris Van Cleave in Arizona and Weijia Jiang in Pennsylvania. Republican Sen. Marco Rubio, who is on the Senate Intelligence Committee, tells "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that as "time goes on, we're going to learn more" about Chinese hacking of U.S. telecom companies. "It's a very serious situation that we face," he added. Democratic Sen. President Trump spoke to the Qatari emir, who emphasized to the president the "need for diplomacy to de-escalate the situation." Energy Secretary Chris Wright told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that he believes that oil and gas prices "shouldn't go much higher than they are here because the world is very well supplied with oil," adding that the conflict in the Middle East is "not a long-term war." President Trump, Vice President JD Vance and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on Saturday traveled to Dover, Delaware, to witness the dignified transfer of the six Americans killed in action in the war in the Middle East. Israeli ambassador to the U.S. Michael Leiter told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that when talking about the Iranian leadership pipeline, Americans have to remember that "pragmatists have been very limited in their ability to influence in Iran" because "the people influencing deciding for Iran are these ayatollahs." In a phone call with CBS News' Robert Costa, President Trump said he "couldn't care less" about threats from Iran's top national-security official, Ali Larijani. President Trump attended the White House Correspondents' Dinner for the first time as president. But the dinner was postponed after gunshots rang outside the ballroom and the president and his Cabinet were evacuated. Ed O'Keefe reports. Multiple sources confirmed to CBS News that the suspect in the White House Correspondents' Dinner shooting was targeting Trump administration officials and his brother alerted authorities to alleged alarming writings that he shared with authorities.
