Over the course of the night, the initiative is supported by stars including Olivia Colman, Usain Bolt, Jack Black, Tom Jones, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Sue Perkins, Rosie Jones, Mo Gilligan, James Blunt, Kate Beckinsale, Steve Coogan, Jeremy Clarkson, Josh Widdicombe, Jamie Oliver and Natalie Imbruglia appear. Friends and family members compete in fiendishly silly challenges, and famous faces throw themselves into ridiculous stunts, all to illustrate the impressive science behind SU2C's goal of ending cancer.
