For Tom, the lack of outdoor space, parking and storage was a dealbreaker. After all, housing four boats, five canoes and five bikes isn't a small ask. But Kathleen was determined to make it work for them and their two daughters. All she needed was Kirstie's expertise to convince Tom that it was possible.
